Trying to buy a car from Audi Claremont

Seen an add in on gumtree from Audi Claremont for a cheap car of R150 000. from Audi Claremont , which I was looking to purchase for my daughter, went and test drove the car and was happy with the vehicle, asked the sales person to get the finance person to contact me so i could put them incontact with my bank and make arrangements to purchase it. I had to call them 6 hours later to ask when they would be calling, while I appreciate this is not the most expensive vehicle, i do expect some kind of service. eventually the finance lady called and I sent her my details. I had been promised this would be a 2 hour excerise i would know if the bank approved it or not. I had to call several times to find out what is happening. i even gave her the contact details of my private banker whom i had arranged finance with. When i called my banker I was told they app**** for R165000 which is more than what I aggreed for which the bank refused as it was way above the suggested retail value. When I called Audi Claremont neither the sales person or the finace person could explain. I then called the dealer principal and asked for assistance. He was friendly and promised a response within half hour.
