Totally Bad Service

Called Audi Centre Durban thrice today for a price on a service for a Audi A3 Sedan. Thrice i was told them will call me back. Still waiting. I get much better service at Aphine VW and Hoopers VW than what is suppose to be a more Premium Brand. With service like this it makes you wonder why buy Audi????
