Tool left in engine after major repairs/service

After a few services been done at Audi, I had issues with courtesy cars being not in a driving state. Flat tyres with nails, not one but two of the cars. I was late for picking up my boss at pe airport. At Audi, nobody could fix the wheels with punctures. They had to send car to be across the road. Quiet pathetic. Then to after I had noticed a knocking sounds after my clutch and control arm links done, a socket wrench was left behind in engine bay, between water pump and engine cover. I still haven't heard from them, sept 2017!! Pathetic from Audi. I have a video of tool left behind
