Threats, ************ and Victimisation by Bennie Vorster at AUDI CENTRE CENTURION

<p>Friday 24th of June 2017 I was threatened, intimidated and Victimised by Bennie Vorster at Audi Centre Centurion.</p> <p> </p> <p>What led to the incident is:-</p> <p> </p> <p>Monday 19th June 2017 my car was towed to Audi Centre Centurion because it would not start and had a warning light in the dashboard which read “Gearbox something put the car to Park and contact workshop. I was later advised that they are fully booked and they will only attend to my car on Tuesday the 20th of June 2017. Tuesday morning I received a call from Given at Audi who advised me that they have tested the car on the diagnostic machine and found the fault, ordered the part and it will arrive on Thursday and they will work on my car and I will get it on Friday the 23rd of June 2017. I then asked Given to organise me a car as I was attending classes in Sunninghill the whole week and needed a car to travel. </p> <p> </p> <p>He advised me that unfortunately he cannot assist me because their cars are out with their clients. I asked if I am not a client too? And he said there was nothing he can do. I then asked to speak to his Manager Bennie Vorster whom he said was not available and would ask him to call me. I waited for Bennie Vorster's call but he never called me back. Friday morning the 23rd of June 2017 I then phoned Given again asking about the status of my car, his response was "maam can I call you back I am busy with another client. I refused to drop the call and told him I am a client too and demand to be assisted now. </p> <p> </p> <p>Eventually he advised me that the part has just arrived and been booked to their stores. I told him that I want my car by the end of the day as he promised on Tuesday. I then again asked to be transferred to Bennie Vorster who advised me that there is absolutely nothing he can do as all their cars are out with their clients. I then asked him the very same question I asked Given "am I not a client?" and his response was unfortunately Maam we cannot assist you". I received a call from Given again around 1pm informing me that they are starting to work on my car. I told him that I want my car done by the end of the day and that’s it and that they should have scheduled it as priority since it was with them the whole week. Just after 3pm, I received another call from Given informing me that my car will be ready on Saturday since they still need to run some tests after replacing the part. I the informed him that I will speak to him as soon as I get there as I was on my way. </p> <p> </p> <p>Got to Audi seated at the waiting area waiting for Given as I was told he is still busy. I was seated with two gentlemen chatting with them and Given called me and advised that they are still busy with my car as he told me over the phone and that my car will only be ready on Saturday. I told him I am not leaving there without a car, my car or Audi gives me a car. I went back to sit at their waiting area and continued the chat with the guys, I told them about my frustrations and Bennie Vorster was listening. </p> <p> </p> <p>There was another gentlemen that was busy looking at an A4 on display, seated inside the car. When he got out I realised its someone I know, he came and chatted with me and told me he is interested in that car, He then asked if I am planning to buy another car and I told him that No but I am here to get my car which was there since Monday, and explained my frustration to him about the bad service I have been receiving from the dealership. Bennie Vorster suddenly came to me and said "maam can I talk to you in my office". </p> <p> </p> <p>I followed him to his office, got there he offered me a sit as he closed his office door. He said "maam I am not going to let you speak to my clients and potential clients in my company about the bad service you have been experiencing" My answer was well sir You will not tell me who to speak to, what to talk about, when and where", I will speak as I please and I will not tell people lies and say You have been giving me good service when all I have been receiving is bad service. This is not the first time Audi Centurion is doing this to me and I am fed up. He then threatened me and told me to stop talking to his customers and I asked him what is it that he is going to do because I will continue to speak. Raising his voice and pointing fingers at me he said "What did you expect us to do?" and my answer was simple treat me with respect as your customer and not threaten and victimise me. Audi is supposed to give me a car if my car will be there for more than two days that’s it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I also told him that I will not let him take advantage of me because I am black and female. His last words were "I will not allow you to talk to my clients about bad service only you are getting and I will not even feel guilty about it" I then responded well sir I really do not care, I did not come here to make you feel guilty all I demand is good service that’s it. I then stood up and opened his door and told him that he is such a ***ard he thought I would be scared of him, he must try harder next time I am not easily threaten and intimidated. I went back to sit down and I was very angry at that stage, a lady by the name of Yolandi came to me and asked me to come with her to her office where she said to me "Maam I have found a car for you please sign the papers and give me your driver’s license I need to make a copy of it" I asked Yolanda that did I have to endure so much ************, be threatened by Bennie before I could get a car?" She then apologised as it was not her fault anyway, I signed the forms and she handed me the loan car keys and took me to the car outside. By this time Given came through and advised that my car will be finished on Monday as there are still some tests to be done. Monday the 26th of June 2017 came and now the story is my car is finished but it can only be handed over to me tomorrow Tuesday the 27th of June 2017. </p> <p> </p> <p>Other incidents that happened prior to this are as follows:-</p> <p> </p> <p>14 December 2017</p> <p>I took my car for oil service and it came back with no lock nut. I reported the matter and was advised that Bennie Vorster was sick and would call me back, I guess he is still going to call me.</p> <p> </p> <p>30 May 2016</p> <p>I took my car for oil service, I was dropped off at work in the morning and they called me to say my car was ready in the afternoon and they are sending a driver to collect me. I got there spoke to the service advisor who then went to get my car to the front and never came back to me. Only to sit there until after 6pm and a lady by the name of Sebola asked if I needed assistance and she went to check on my car. Boom they forgot to put oil in my car so they went to VW next door to get the oil. What they had done on my car for the day is still a mystery to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>31 March 2016</p> <p>I took my car in because the start stop was not functioning and that the car was losing power up hill. They gave it back to me and claimed it is fine they have tested it of which that was not the case. I had to take it 3 times before that was resolved.</p> <p> </p> <p>After all this ****pie service I am still expected to say “well done Audi Centre Centurion you have done a great job”.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
