This will be my last Audi

<p>I am a long time Audi supporter, and worked my way up to my current car, a 2013 RS4. I love the car - when I am driving it - but its been at Audi Claremont since 4 August - this Friday that'll be 3 months! In that time I've had it for one afternoon before having to take it back the next morning. They say its needs a new engine, but now can't find one, even from Germany. They can't tell me why the engine failed with less than 60,000 kms on the clock. They can't give me an ETA on the new engine 2 weeks after ordering it. I had to fight for a curtesy car, and then had to argue to keep it when they asked for it back. They are of course very friendly and apologietic, and trying their best etc etc. but are incapabale of solving the actual problem. All Audi's customer care line can do is assure me the matter is being reported, and escalated and all those other words that really mean pass-the-parcel. Having had bad (but friendly) service experiences at Audi's Waterfront branch in past years, I've been trying their Claremont branch. Clearly its a broader Audi problem. This will be my last Audi. </p>
