They should close down, they lost me as a customer

I took the car in to replace a clutch system on the 16.02.2015. They promised the car will be fixed on the 23.02.2015 and should come to Polokwane to collect it. I gave them a call on the 23th and they said I should come the car will be done. I travelled more than 140km only to be told sorry we ordered a wrong part and your car will fixed on the 25.02.3015. Utterly disappointing.
