The worst service from Audi

I've been having issues with the car I purchased from Audi The Glen on the 24th of January and only received my car last week after waiting 3 weeks without and the sales representative (Tumi) who assisted me has been consistently rude and nonchalant when I raise the issues with the car. Today when I told him about the issue with the sunroof he denied that it's the service I've been receiving. When I asked what is it if it's not the service he then said "ok bye" then hung up.
