The best service and attitude ever

I recently ordered a spare part from your branch. Oupa assisted me and notified me when it was available. I collected it and Oupa asked Werner to assist me. Even though Werner was busy he quickly took charge and assisted me. I drove out of the workshop and I was just so chuffed with the service. The attitude was that you are just not a client, but you are a special client. thank you Werner and Oupa. I sincerely hope that your efforts are noticed by the management. I would have you on my team any day. As for the future purchase of an Audi, I want it placed on record that I will purchase my car from the Menlyn branch and the commission earned by the salesperson will go to Oupa and Werner because if it wasn't for them I would go to an Audi centre closest to me.
