That is not the car we bought

We came to this audi centre looking for a used Audi At. We got approved for a white 2014 beauty less than 40 000km multitronic. Shift pedal on steering , sensors on bumper leather interior the works! Today we go to Sign the conract and its a completely different model. No shift pedal on steering no sensor on bumper and a million depots and scratches. The entire car was resprayed and we could tell the left front end was in an accident. We raised this to say this is not the car we bought. We were then made to seem crazy...that there was no such a car. Spoke to the assistant manager. He said the same thing. We forked out a deposit and are not willing to take a wrecked car like that forR280000. Heart breaking story, this was a gift to my mom who loves audi with her whole heart. She's been driving the same car for the last 20 years. she never thought this would be possible. I cried so hard. All our hearts are broken right now. I can't believe this.
