Usually I am not one to give compliments but I just thought I must this time .On the 2nd of December I took my car for a major service of 120 000km, I must say whenever I take my car to Thomas Shabangu, he never disappoints and goes out of his way to ensure my Audi A3 sedan is well taken care off. You will have noticed my car was never worked on by someone else ever since he started working on my car and I never looked back since. Once again I would like to thank Mr.Shabangu for providing me with excellent service through out the years I have been taking my car to Audi Hatfield branch.

I have always been pleased with the service I receive at your Audi Hatfield branch. However, Mr. Shabangu 's professionalism and ability to get to taking care of my car exceeded my expectations. I have not had a situation where I had to take the car back for re-work. He has ensured my car is well taken care of. Now I feel I can keep this very car for a while. This is by far the longest car I have kept with no issues.
