Terrible service from Audi Bruma

Audi Bruma failed in every way. My car was misdiagnosed by *********** technicians and only correctly diagnosed after sitting for almost 2 weeks.

A part which should have taken 12 to 14 working days to arrive ended up taking around 19 working days to arrive.

It then took 1.5 weeks to fit something that should have taken a few days.

Now after testing, there are other damaged pipes which means the car will be kept even longer.

I have been left stranded without a car for 2 months now and the dealer couldn't care less just discarding my multiple requests.

Communication has also been pathetic as I had to continuously visit the dealer physically to find out what's going on with the car.

It is exactly 2 months since my car was towed in and I still don't have a concrete date on when I will get it back.

Audi has once again failed at putting the customer first and Audi Bruma is a true example of a terrible dealership.
