Terrible Audi centre Bloemfontein and Audi SA Service

On the 28 May 2018, I took my car for 90,000 km service. During the service I was told that my break discs needed to be changed, and I oblidged and paid for the entire service because the motor plan had just expired in February 2018. I paid R 28,786.78 for the service out of my own pocket. After taking the car I realized there was a loud intolerable whistling squiky noise when applying the breakes. I reported this to the Audi centre Bloemfontein and they again booked the car in a bid to resolve the noise problem. But the next day the noise was back and I again took it to Audi center Bloemfontein to sort out, without success. In a period of about a month, following the service I took my car back to audi centre bloemfontrin about three times without success. They even skimmed the new brake disc which I doubt if that was the correct thing to do. I then complained to Audi South Africa, and they forwarded me a letter from audi centre bloemfontein , in a nut shell telling me to live with the noise. I also forwarded that letter MIOSA, but still waiting to hear from them. The brake squiking sound is particularly loudest every time I enter the Mall parking, the sound gets even more amplified. I have never witnessed any other car making that kind of noise when applying the brakes. I offered Audi South Africa to test the car themselves so that they can make an independent determination if the noise is indeed normal and if they themselves can live with it. I bought the car Audi Q5 brand new in 2013, and not once have I ever had this loud whistling sound. Today is about four months since I took my car for service and have never had a piece of mind because of this intolerable brake noise, hence I refuse to accept that I must leave the that kind of problem especially after paying over R 28,000 rand from my pocket. All I want is an independents party to test the level of my breaking noise and make a determination if that kind of noise is normal and that they can leave with it. But don’t take my word for I extend the same curtesy to you to drive my car for a day and make a determination if you can tolarste that level of noise, but I simply Cannot. Lastly when they removed the old discs they never handed them to me as is the practice and because the car had just moved out of the motor plan, hence the old discs belong to me and I Want them back. The manger confirmed that indeed they should have been given to me but conceded that now he cannot comply with my demand.
