Terrible and poor service from AUDI BRYANSTON, AUDI POLOKWANE and AUDI SOUTH AFRICA!!

I took my car to Audi Polokwane to fix a problem and after paying tens of thousands of rands, they didn't fix the car properly and the car is having the same issue again. I took it back again to Audi South Africa Bryanston. Firstly, I asked to be dropped off at work (which is 5 mins away in Bryanston as well) they tell me that they cannot drop me at work and that I have to wait for about 30 mins for a during peak morning traffic from a driver to come back from Parktown or Midrand and take me to work. I proceeded to ask the Audi Bryanston service personnel to call me an Uber and they tell me they cannot and that they will become bankrupt if they did. This Uber would have cost them less than R50. They keep the car overnight, and the 2nd afternoon, a Friday afternoon, they tell me that the car won't be ready. I ask for a courtesy car because it's a long weekend and I need the car to drive back home to Limpopo for my grans 100th birthday. They tell me they can't help me, even after I asked them to call another dealership to ask if they any have cars available. I am stranded for a whole weekend and customer care is closed to even assist.
