Take your car back!
On the 18th of September 2015 I traded in two vehicle for a pre-owned A5 Audi, having to pay in an additional R27000.00.
Upon the arranged collection, the vehicle was still not ready as the chips and dents had still not been seen to. I was given a VW Cross Polo courtesy vehicle that stank, rattled and was in desperate need of new brakes, discs and suspension, the petrol tank was also empty. I was told it would only be for 1 or 2 days.

I ended up with this stinking, unroadworthy vehicle for two weeks, phoning at the end of every day to find out if the A5 was ready.

Finally i was told it was ready, on collection i noticed that the rear left passanger door was a different colour to the rest of the car, the SLine badges i requested were not put on, there was still no spare key nor the service book and manual.
The vehicle today is still not in my name.
Long story short it has been two months now and nothing has happened.
I have, with no joy, left several messages with the dealer principal Mark Simons, I have spoken to and mailed Audi Head office customer service, and left two messages for the head of national customer service Mr Rob Redford with no luck.

I want my money back!
