Take responsibility

I purchased my A4 in April Last year, by December I had done 15000km and my tyres are no longer road worthy. After receiving advice from various tyre specialists, including the one that Audi Pinetown recommended, they had all told me that Audi was over inflating the tyres and this caused them to wear extremely fast. I had reported this to Audi SA which felt like a wasted effort and the Pinetown dealer principal will do anything to keep me away and pass the buck. I am tired of this and I wish I could just go back to BMW where aftersales service actually exists.
