Swiftly and with style

I booked my vehicle in at Audi Hatfield for a service. On Thursday when I arrived, Dillon (Assigned Service Technician), was there to greet me immediately. He took the documents, accompanied me to my car and we went through the list of things other than the service that I wanted him to have a look at. This included a door handle that came loose and a radio problem. He offered that my vehicle also gets washed.<br> <br> During the course of the morning, he phoned me and kept me up to date as to the status of the vehicle with regards to the service, etc...<br> <br> Later when I went to fetch my vehicle, he was very professional and well mannered. My car was serviced, handle fixed and the car was washed. <br> <br> He is a very good employee, is very efficient and professional.
