Stuck on the side of the road

<p>This morning i called Audit Assist to help with a flat tyre, as a female client i have always rated the service highly.</p> <p> </p> <p>However this morning after calling audit assist. The dealer was notified to send a technician to help change a tyre. </p> <p>The technician returned my call to indicate he has no transport to get to me to change the tyre and i will need to wait until a vehicle comes in. No timeline provided</p> <p>As a female in that situation stuck with a flat tyre in Joburg CBD, it could have been another day or time in an another unsafe area.</p> <p>This is absolutely bad service and i was left to ask two strangers to help me change a tyre. So what do we pay for ?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
