Still awaiting feedback on marks on rear bumper

I have purchased a 2014 Audi A3 in September 2015, intially i signed paperwork for 2014 Audi A3 1.8TFSI Hachback which 3 days later was sold to another client after i signed and sent through all the paperwork i was then offered a 2014 Audi A3 1.8TFSI Sportback which i was told was in immaculate condition and which i purchased obviously at a higher price then the previous one, i then waited for the salesman twice as he had promised he would come down to Johannesburg to meet me regarding the vehicle and check out the marks and scratches on the rear bumper till today 22/01/2016 i have had no feedback, my mails were read by the salesman but not responded to, they also promised me a gift from Audi which i have not recieved till today, i guess today how sales work is once the salesman recieves the funds the deal is done and he forgets about the queries, nice to know as a customer that once you spend over 300k you still recieve service of this sort.
