Stay away from Audi Centre Somerset West

My complaint is really with Audi Centre Somerset West, but they are just so unhelpful and I therefore need Audi South Africa to handle this problem. I booked my vehicle to have the gearbox seen to since it does not always select the reverse gear and to have the shock absorbers seen to. I then have to change to neutral or park and then back to reverse. This happens infrequently and I therefore took a picture of the dashboard the last time this happened. Lizelle who is the service advisor told me when I explained this to her that the picture can't be used and I have to go for a drive with one of the mechanics. The gearbox did not present the same problem at this time. When I called to report the problem, I was told that it might be a software issue. When I mentioned this to Lizelle, her response was that there might not even be updated software available. She was just not interested in trying to assist me and solve the problem.

The shock absorbers, I have reported twice before and every time I am told that there is nothing wrong with it, yet I hear a noise when I drive over a speedhump. I took the car for an independent test and the results showed that the front needs attention. When I presented her with the report she said that this is not acceptable. I was so frustrated with their lack of willingness to help that I left the dealership with my car and refuse to go back there. I need Audi SA to deal with this and handle this matter adequately.
