SPARE KEY

I am literally at my breaking point. I bought a Car @Audi Polokwane branch 7 MONTHS ago and I STILL do not have my spare key. After a very long drive to Limpopo from JHB to fetch my new purchase I was told everything will be delivered to my house (Plate number, disk, spare key) None of that happened, I had to get all of that sorted by myself.

I follow up with the sales Rep ALL THE TIME (Hector Ramabu) and I am always taken for a ride.. maybe it's because I have been patient and as a result I am seen as a clown. I was told they had the key, and then the key was with the previous owner, and then the key is somewhere in a storage unit.. it never ends.

Car keys are Car keys, they get misplaced all the time.. I have countless events where I had to miss a meeting/outing because I couldn't find the ONLY key I have.
