Sort of "**************" by Audi pinetown

Pinetown Audi and Audi South Africa have bad bad bad service. I saw this nice Q5 on car.co.za online which I decided to buy from Pinetown Audi. I was trading in my car and they really helped me through the entire process. Now the problem came in when I had to sign the offer for them to invoice the car. I didn't like their in-house finance because i felt that the interest rate was bit off so i asked them to send me the offer so that i can go to my private banker, for which they did send through. My private bank manage to beat their interest rate by far. Then the problem started. They stopped the deal after I accepted the offer from my bank and they refused to invoice the car. I could not understand their reasons but my only views were that they wanted to sell me the car under the conditions that I accept the high interest rate from their in house financier. After being frustrated with the issue and not getting satisfactory explanation, I approached Audi SA. Initially I believed that they were going to get to the bottom of issue and at least give me reasonable explanation but that never materialised. I made about four follow up calls with the same consultant I raised the issue with and all she could say was the dealer will get call me. Almost three months has passed and I am still waiting
