sold a car with a defective pull off mechanism

I was sold a 2015 Audi A4 TFSI which delays when pulling off from Audi Center Menlyn. The dealer accepted that the car that I bought has an engine with a specific characteristic and there is nothing they can do about it, except to update the software which did not get rid of the problem. I was not told about this ENGINE CHARACTERISTICS prior to purchasing the car in order for me to make an informed decision.<br> <br> This delayed pulling-off mechanism, although it is intermittent, it is dangerous to an extend that when it happens it has a potential of causing an accident but according to Audi Centre Menlyn , there is nothing wrong with the car and nothing else can be done to repair the car. In other words they got my money and I'm stuck with their defective car. I want the whole world to watch out for this defective \special characterized delayed pulling off mechanism\" Audi A4s. At the moment I'm hoping to get assistance from the National Consumer Commission since there is not much Audi SA can do for me regarding the problem except telling me about the maintenance plan that the car has."
