So Disappointed in Audi...

I bought a Audi in 2014, with a motor plan they force you to take, with a promise that they will fix your car if anything breaks<br> I took my car for a service to Audi in Sandton in May 2015, they picked up that my turbo is making noise and said it needs to be replaced, they phoned Motorite who the motor plan is with.<br> Motorite said that they don't cover the turbo as it didn't completely break yet, and I should drive the car until it broke then they will cover and fix or replace it. <br> Then the turbo broke and that caused the head gasket and intercooler to break.<br> Motorite took forever to look into the claim and only approved the claim on the 15 January 2016 for only R10 000 on the turbo, but the bill is R50 000, and all they say is the intercooler and head gasket is not covered. but it broke due to the turbo that had to break before its covered.<br> Now they have to ship a new turbo, why do I have a motor plan if they just cost me more money?<br>
