Small compartment on right, below steering wheel

On date of first service I asked that the lid of the compartment be fixed as the catch is not working. This new car is under guarentee and under a 5-year maintenance plan. The service adviser said they wil not fix it, although I stated that it was during normal use. We did not break anything. The advisor also mentioned that other cars had the same problem.

We aslso asked the advisor at the first service that the hand brake light was on all the time. After the service the advisor say it is fixed. On our way home the orange brake lite came on again. A lady from Audi phoned my wife to see if the service was in order. My wife said no, that the handbrake lite is on again. The Audi lady said they will come back to my wife. She didn't came back and after a few weeks we phoned in to complain to the head of advisors. The car had to be booked in today. They do not have the faulty ABS brake part and the car must come back in 2 days time. We cannot work due to no car. Please help with both matters. Thank you.
