Shuttle Service from Hell

Dropped my vehicle off this morning 2020-12-02 for a service, and I had to be at work (Silverton) by 08:30 at least, when it was time for the shuttle services to drop people off at their respective places of work/home. A driver by the name of Rudzani took my details, and knew very well that I had to travel with him and a group that had to go to the East of Pretoria (Silverton, Lynwood, Menlyn etc) instead the gentleman told me that I will travel with Johan that had to take people to Pretoria North (Steve Biko, Annlin, Montana and Rosslyne etc)

I approached him and asked if he was aware that my workplace (Silverton) is only a mere 10mins from Audi Centre, and that I have always travelled with him whenever I took my vehicle, he bluntly told me that Johan will decide when he will drop me off at work.

So now I travel with Johan but the gentleman drives to Town, then PTA North which is way on the other side of where I am working, I had to phone my manager and tell him that I will not be able to make it to work on time, luckily my boss said the gentleman can just drop me off at my place since it is at the Northern Side of Pretoria.

I have always been satisfied with the OVERALL service I have receiving from Audi centre Hatfield however their Shuttle service was pathetic to say the least, people lose their jobs for late coming or absenteeism, however when that is due to another person's negligence, its really unbearable..
