Shocking service at Audi Sandton

We took our Audi A4 to Audi Sandton for the replacement of brakes. After brakes were replacement the car started making a noise when coming to a stop or turning. I have taken the car back to Audi five times after been told on four occasions that the issue has been resolved. The service from the dealership has been shocking. I have taken the car for a test drive with the Manager Wayne twice so that he can hear the noise. On the second test drive one of the foreman came along and heard the noise, the manager heard the noise for the second time. I was advised on the 10th May that the car would be assessed again (for the fifth time). I was provided with a loan car that has a big dent on the left rear passenger door. I have asked several times what happens to the money I have paid for nothing and no answer has been forthcoming. The money was paid on the 1st and 2nd time the car was taken in. It is now almost two weeks and we have not heard a thing from Audi Sandton.
