Shocking experience with Audi South Africa

I had such a horrible experience with Audi brand. My Audi S5 Sportback had an engine issue where I lost power at speed on the freeway (very dangerous situation). I immediately had a coolant system failure, no aircon, battery not charging and almost all systems shut down. It turns out I had V belt failure according to Audi Autohaus Centurion. My 1st reaction was to query the replacement schedule for this belt. I was later informed that the poly V-belt was replaced by Audi East Rand in 2017 and it is now about 45,000km old. A few days later the story changed to "vibration damper failure which kicked the belt off the rail" according to Audi Autohaus Centurion. I reported a complaint with Audi South Africa about the belt. The customer service agent then contacts the dealership, and later repeats the dealership story and she insisted that Audi "does not guarantee their parts" will not fail. The agent says the vibration damper "is not a serviceable part" so I have to pay R19k for repairs. Shocking to say the least for such a big brand. This is definitely my last Audi.
