Shocking Covid19 policy for freewayplan cover of battery

Audi South Africa absolutely shocking customer service and business ethics from Audi. Refusing to pay for a new battery on my daughter’s car that is covered by a freeway plan. The car was not used as interprovincial travel has been ******* due to Covid19 and now that we have been able to get to the vehicle and take it in Audi South Africa and Audi Claremont say that the battery will not be covered by the freeway plan. Unacceptable in my opinion.
