Shocking costs for a basic service

I am so disappointed with the Audi brand !!!! I took my Audi A4 1.8T for a 165 000 km service and was charged R 5 600. I asked what work was done to get to this amount ?? An oil service and brake fluid service. THAT'S IT !!! on the invoice I see they now charge to take the wheels off the car to check things !!! R 213 to take 2 wheels off and put them back on ... *** !!! I contacted Audi customer care to query the bill for such a basic service, their answer was "Sorry, the dealerships can bill what they like as they are independently owned" "we regret your disappointment, but there is nothing we can do".

That just tells me that Audi South Africa cares nothing for their brand !! Twice, I have contacted them and twice they basically said "nothing we can do", the first they were unwilling to assist as I did not take my finance through Audi Financial Services.

Extremely disappointed in a brand I was so keen on. I am going to sell my 2 Audi's and find something else. Never again !!!
