Shocking after sales service at Audi Northcliff

I purchased an Audi A4 with a sports kit from Audi Northcliff. After taking my vehicle for a routine service at Audi Umhlanga I realised that the sports kit was coming undone at the front and rear of the vehicle. The friendly and professional service advisor recommended that I take the vehicle back to the dealer that I purchased the vehicle from as they could help me. Afterwards I took my vehicle for an inspection on the 31st December 2015 to Audi Northcliff and spoke to a Service Advisor named Johan. He was extremely rude to me and indicated that he could not help me as the workshop was closing early at 12. He advised me that I should bring the vehicle back on another day at leave it with the dealership for the whole day. I indicated that I reside and drove from Midrand and that its difficult for me to keep driving to the dealership. However there was no further assistance from the Service Advisor. I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received and I will probably never purchase another Audi again! Specially from Audi Northcliff!
