Shocked by a big company like Audi

<p>I have an Audi A1, the free way plan expired on the 29th of March but I was unable to take it for a service before than because my father was ******ed. I spoke to Bonita at Audi JHB and asked if they could make a concession for me to get the service cover, she instead of doing it on my behalf referred me to Audi SA. I sent them the emails and than got a reply from Bonita say they will cover the service but nothing extra. I was happy thinking that I would be covered for everything I would normally be covered for when my car use to go for a service under the free way plan e.g. breaks, fuel pump etc. And extra's like wipers would not be covered. But no they only covered R1350 and I had to pay R5821 for the breaks and wipers. I was shocked and called Audi SA and spoke to Alva Potgieter again and said I don't understand how this is a concession, as I am not getting the same cover I would have had before it expired. I have to cover the higher amount and a big company like Audi is only will to cover the smaller amount and she said that is all they are will to cover. I asked to speak to someone higher up who can actually make a proper concession and she said that she is speaking on behalf of Audi SA and that is all they are going to cover. I had to go into overdraft to pay for the breaks as couldn't possibly not have that done. I work gor a big insurance company and we make concessios for clients from time to time, so I understand what is meant by a concession. This was no way close to a concession. I even gave them a copy of my dad's death certificate so they could see I was not taking a chance and lying to them. I am very disappointed the way I was treated. </p>
