Service...What service???

First of all I usually have my car serviced at Audi Hatfield. However, since it was before Christmas I thought it would be easier to have it done at the Centurion dealership seeing that I work in the area. HUGE MISTAKE!!

So I arrive at the dealership just after 7a.m on 22 Dec 2016 which was also my birthday, lucky me I thought. They were quite busy so I had to wait a while for a service advisor. About 30min later the shuttle service dropped me off at work which is on the opposite side of Centurion Mall from the dealership. No problems thus far, at about 14h30 the advisor calls me to let me know they will have a look at the breaks for me and then it off to the wash bay after which the driver will call me to arrange picking me up.

Knowing they were very busy I expected my car to be done around 4p.m, around 5p.m I tried to call them to find out what the hell was going on? To my surprise the number went straight to voicemail, as I could not contact the dealership I decided to wait outside my office building. Which was a fruitless exercise, I eventually managed to get a UBER to take me to the dealership where waited another 20min for someone to appear on the shop floor. When the service advisor eventually showed she just went to get my car and brought it to the front.

She gave me no breakdown of the work that was done, no invoice just no feedback at all not that I was in the mood for her excuses. I had a 7p.m dinner and only left the dealership at 18h45 due to their incompetence. The following week during the follow-up call I mentioned the poor service and not receiving any documentation which I was then promised would be sent to me and am still awaiting it. To top it all off, recently I had to top up my washer fluid and found some other issues which I know they are responsible for as I’m a very meticulous person and look after my car. These are all the things I found wrong with my car after coming from Audi Centurion:

- Right-hand damper cover missing

- Oil residue on headlight wiring (all of a sudden my left headlight is faulty, go figure)

- Oil residue around filling cap (I never top up, only at dealer services)

- Spare wheel tools (missing items)

Look I like Audi and even got my parents to buy a RS model but, with this type of service and sabotage of clients’ vehicles I don’t know if I should buy another.
