Service vs. Brand

It is such a pitty that a premium car manufacturer's name like Audi has to be smothered due to poor service delivery. This time at N1 city branch. I will appreciate a phone call to explain so that whom it may concern are made aware that the level of service at N1 city does not correspond with the brand.
