Service that did not meet my expectation

Last week Friday the 24th of March 2017, I sent out an e-mail to Audi Claremont in Cape Town (South Africa), complaining about the service that did not meet my expectations (see the body of the e-mail below). I have neither received an acknowledgement nor a response to my e-mail from Audi Claremont, management. Below is the body of my e-mail: Good day, This email is with regards to the above subject. Yesterday I took my car to Audi Claremont for service. Generally the service went but I have the following concerns to raise: · My back window wiper was not attended to the fullest. While the wiper blades were fitted, there was nothing done about the spring that controls the wiper. I was not even told why that was not addressed, · The “open” button on my car key is not working, while I can still lock the car remotely, I now have to open it manually. I had requested to have that checked but once was neither attended to nor was I informed why that was the case. I only got told as a “by the way” when I tried to open the car remotely and Dean said by the way your key needs to be replaced (only told the estimated price when I asked about it. This to me was bad service from Audi Claremont. For goodness sake the reason people take their cars to specialists is so that they can get specialist attention and advise (hence the high fees we pay!) The person who was my service advisor was Dean Prinsloo. Also – I called your office this morning asking for the details of the person responsible for Audi Claremont. The lady who answered the phone was not rude and ended up dropping the phone on me. I unfortunately did not get the name of the person. I look forward to your response on this matter.
