Service ruining the Audi brand

I bought my car second hand with 79000km on the odometer. A couple of months later I felt the car getting hot, even under normal conditions (normal driving and mild day outside). The fan also kept running for 10 minutes after I parked my car. Surprised to see that the temperature gauge read normal (90 degrees), and no warning lights were displaying, I told the service advisor that the car gets really hot, sometimes so hot when I put my foot out the door I can feel the heat coming from below. When removing something from the boot, I couldnt get too close since it was extremely hot.

In December 2015 the service light came on at 86000km, so I phoned Audi and specifically told them my car gets extremely hot, even the key fob is hot when this happens. I got the car back a day or two later and they noted that nothing was wrong.

In March 2016 I wanted to check something in my owners manual, and checked my service booklet and realised it wasn't stamped. I phoned Audi and asked them to stamp my booklet, and they said there was a miscommunication and my car was never serviced. Yet the service light was off???? Then I booked my car in for a service (now already running 5000km without it's service) and once again told them about my car getting extremely hot. I also told them that I regularly check the water and oil. Got my car back and once again it stated that nothing was wrong.

In December 2016 I drove to work and the car lost power, driving in "limp mode" so I took it to Audi Sandton where they said the turbo is underboosting because it's broken. They gave me a quote for R52000 to fix it.

So I contacted Audi Menlyn and asked them for the diagnostics, and they rep**** saying that they can't do diagnostics if there is no light on. So regardless of specifically telling them that there is something wrong, they ignored it. Not getting any resolution from them I told them they leave me no choice but to lodge a complaint with the motor industry ombudsman of South Africa.

While the car was under motorplan it had issues which wasnt fixed and now I sit with a R52000 bill.

Audi South Africa is really ruining the Audi brand with terrible service!
