service gone bad

took my audi a3 to the glen audi for service and it came back with a coverplugs missing at the bonnet and the accelerator not putting power to the ruff and me asking about the cover i was told that they will put me to jail for accuzation when i asked about the cover missing.it took only an hour of collection and the car started showing an epc light of which it went the ok.
