Service centre manager service is shocking

Worst service I've received in a long time. Michael the service centre manager is not interested in helping customers at all. Just doesn't respond to messages and doesn't phone back when he commits to do so. Don't I'll ever buy another Audi again. 2nd cambelt failure on same car and Audi Sandton just refuses to take any responsibility.
