Serious safety concerns in Audi A3

<p>My Audi 2013 A3 switched off while driving. I took it to Audi Northcliff and they initially told me it was becasue I was a woman driver. After insisting they take it for a test drive, the Technician acknowledged that they had found the mistake and that it had been repaired. I came across more reports of people having accidents in similar situations as the steering wheeling locks and presents a serious safety concern. I wanted to know how they had reported this issue in the Audi A3s to Audi SA and then suddenly they denied having found a mistake and started giving me the run around. I have been trying to get a meaningful response from them in writing for the past 4 months. They are clearly not willing to put this serious safety error in writing and are not willing to address this concern.</p>
