Serious inconvenience

I bought an Audi A1 2017 model on the 25th of April 2017 then on the 29th of April 2017 the car engine broke down its started with an anti freezer sign I bought it and then the engine over heated, now Audi says it doesn't fall under motor plan my insurance which is Santam Legacy has to pay then my insurance refused to pay as well now I am paying for a car which I don't have.
