Selling a car without spare key

Mothibe sold me a car on the 31st July 2012. He insisted I took the car without the spare key and service book as he has already placed an order for them but there were delays so he would send a driver later on when the order has arrived. I trusted what he said as I bought my first car from him as a sales person and when I tradedin he was still assisting me with the new car. A month passed and I kept calling to follow up, a month to a year and I even reported the matter to Audi SA and they told me the delearship is under franchise so their hands were tied. I called back and forth people from the Audi acardia delearship and I would be contacted by different people to ask me to repeat what happened and I find that very annoying as now I had to keep repeating myself to 3 people telling them the same story.<br> <br> Can I please be assisted on this issue? As it really draining, as of today Mothibe is still promising and still waiting for the order and will send his driver.
