I reported my car's roof lining that came loose and the manufacturer referred me to the importer who is Audi SA. The latter wasted my money by sending me to a dealer which is 420km away for a report and then declined on any help. If you check on companies who does not respond you will find Audi SA there with over 220 complaints. Easy - just laugh it off and the problems with Audi vehicles will disappear.
