Roadside assistance, no help!

Audi roadside assistance is *******! I waited for 2 hours for the technician to call! Ended up being assistant by my insurance company. Why are we paying for services they don’t deliver! Very disappointed. This is my second Audi, it’s time to change brands. Never again will I rely on such poor service.
