Road Assist

it was on Wednesday ,My car was broken down two weeks ago I was driving from work while driving the car just shut everything down , brakes were automatically not funcional ,steering was no controllable all warnings signs were activated, the car is having 58000km on the clock it was bought as a brand new car from a Durban dealership .It was towed to the South Coast VW/Audi Dealership. later on the day i was told that they have managed to diagnose what was wrong with the car they have ordered parts it will take two to three days for the parts to arrive, I requested if possible to get a courtesy to use in the mean time , I was told that the do not give courtesy cars to customers if the parts are within the country its not a back order. I battled to go to work and meetings my weekends plans were all cancelled since I was not mobile and where Iam staying it not easy to get public transport . 01 December 2015 I collected the car in morning I drove to work I noticed that the car was not ok then after work i confirmed it i call the dealership advising them it was towed again left stranded with no car to go home no courtesy car they took the car again for 3 days to fix it .They refused
