RIDICULOUS SERVICE

I helped my sister buy a used A4 at Audi Northcliff 2 weeks ago, the car had a faulty radio, PDC and it was out of wheel balance and alignment, we took it back for repairs and were told it was only going to take 2 days for the car to be fixed, 2 weeks later we still haven't got the car back, I had to give my only car to my sister because she had to drive back to Limpopo, the sad part was when I visited the branch last Saturday and the sales manager told me that I had to understand that we bought a used car and that's what happens when you buy a used car and return it for repairs, he went on to say that if the car is not done by today then they'll just take it back and refund us, that's after I had to keep on calling and visiting their dealership to follow up with them of deadlines they always give but never keep nor bother to apologize for, according to my salesperson, all has been fixed but the radio had coins in it but it'll take them time until Saturday morning for that to be fixed, I've always had much respect for Audi but after this service I doubt if I'd ever suggest this brand to anyone I know.
