Review on pre-owned cars at Audi SA

I have an Audi Q2, I bought it 4 months ago and last week. The clutch broke and the car was toured to Audi Arcadia. Initially they said they need R4500 to strip the car. A day later when called and requested the report of how they diag oswd the car and how reached the conclusion that it's driving style and not a manufacturing problem. The techmicima told me his manager just got into the car and looked at it and said it's driving style. I requested an investigation from Audi SA and they could not provide a written report of how the diagnsosu was made. I am left with a bill of over R40 000, with no assistance or any accountability from Audi SA, regarding their dearliships on pre-owned cars, not even a report on the 80point check they highly regard themselves to do well. Currently seeking legal advice
