Repairs not done properly

Morning, i am absolutely appalled at the service department at the Audi Northcliff branch. My car has been in for repairs 3 times in one week an still the problem persists. Due to the long weekend no 1 can assist with the repairs and i cannot take the car to another mechanic as the car is under warranty yet no1 is available at audi to assist or to even hive me a loan car. Uour urgent attention in reaolving this matter is required, irate customer
