I've always loved and wished to own a Audi, finally having the ability to own one and get the worst help from Audi centurion(as my nearest branch). I own a Audi A3 2011 1.8TFSI . One morning i start the car an it has a rough idle , Audi quoting me a arm an leg to diagnose I've decided to get a second opinion on the issue , as the seconds has decided to recon the complete engine, since seen so much work was needed i decided to go back to Audi and allow them to do this , so i could get a better guarantee by them , after giving the car to Audi they only replaced the damaged parts in the engine and it costed me closed to 60K for new bolts, a few gaskets , and one valve. where as my second opinion which was Bosch centurion they quoted me 120k estimate, to replace every part in the engine and get all the parts from Audi directly. any ways after Audi replacing the parts i received the car and driven it about 60 kilos , when the engine oil level light came on. firstly the car has never asked me for oil before the problems , i contacted Audi an they said i need to change an do a oil consumption test at my expense . i took the car to Audi Menlyn an they did the following at my expense , i drove the car for 828 kilos to be exact and here i am at square one with the oil empty, I've contacted Audi Menlyn an they tell me i should fill oil in the car to drive further. i asked them what the course could be an they immediately said its the pistons and con-rods, service like this is appreciated . I've taken the car numerous times to Audi centurion an they keep saying nothing is wrong with the car. the problem was not picked up since day one, and i haven't had this issue before. I've read on Audi forums that this is a sickness on the car.

I'm disgusted with the service from Audi centurion and the feedback i get, Audi has so many branches yet they all not the same . i dont' think ill ever own or buy another Audi or VW for that matter . This is complete ******* especially paying the kind of money i had to lay down for bolts , gaskets an one F**** valve
