Registration Never Done, and Vehicle Road wothy

I bought a Ford Ranger from Audi Center Menlyn about 7 months ago. My license disk recently expired & when I went to renew it, I was told Ill have to go to the Traffic Department, When I got there, I was informed that my Ranger was never Registered so I payed R1500 odd rand R828 for registration and then R700 penalty fee. After paying this I got informed not only was the registration not done but also the road worthy test was also not done.<br> <br> I phoned the dealership and Spoke to Stiaan, I told him what happened and seeing that he is the Sales Manager thought I would get some assistance on this matter. All I got was Ill have Andries call you back immediately. He did not even sound bothered by this, as I can only guess the deal was done and he already got his comp. I waited 10 min & no one called where after I got Andries' number and finally got hold of him myself. After denying at first saying it was done it came out it was not. It was then said to me I will get refunded the money I payed. No empathy or sympathy that I had to stand in line and run from one place to another, or that it took me almost 5 hours to sort out their mistakes. 7 Months later I have never received my spare key
