refusal to repair brakes in a vehicle

Audi centre in Durban are refusing to repair brakes as they say rodents ate the wiring, wow my q3 must have some tasty wiring as thet can't explain as towhy other vehicles at home were not damaged by rodents. Audi gave me the same run around for a faulty radio on the same vehicle, until i fought tooth and nail. They eventually relented and replaced it. I see us going the same road with this one...rude service manager and all!
