Poor/ Pathetic Seevice

I recently bought a replacement part for my vehicle. Golf GTi in which I have done my waterpump. Audi Clearwater has told me that they will refund my money into ky account. A guy named Morris assured me it will be done. It is now the 2nd week and nothing has been done about this. I am truly disgusted in their poor service. Yet when you purchase replacement parts or anything its funny how funds go off immediately. Its Sad
